Returns Policy
SIES offers a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from our website, www.siesproducts.com.If you wish to return an item, it must be in perfect, unused condition with all original packaging.
Steps to Return an Item
Initiate a Return: Email our customer service team at hello@siesproducts.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: Within 48 business hours, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a return shipping label.
Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include the RAN, and use the provided return shipping label.
Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@siesproducts.com.We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any shipping costs incurred.
Please note that normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stains, and other marks, are not counted as defective.
