Shipping Information
Order Processing and Shipping Time
At SIES - Simplicity in Every Sip, we prioritize getting your order to you as quickly as possible. As soon as you place an order, we start processing it right away. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is in the system.
Once it’s handed over to our carrier, you’ll get another email with your tracking details. This whole process usually takes 24-48 hours.
Please Note: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Friday will be processed the next business day. All shipments come directly from our fulfillment centers.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and military bases (APO/DPO/FPO).
Note: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will notify our customers when international shipping becomes available.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the continental US. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Shipping costs for ground and expedited options are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time: Orders within the US usually take 2-7 business days to arrive. Keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guaranteed as unforeseen circumstances like weather can cause delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It might take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
You can track your order directly through the email link or on our website. If your tracking number hasn’t updated within 48 hours, please reach out to us for assistance.
Shipping Carriers
U.S. Orders: Your order will be shipped from our warehouse and will be delivered by USPS First Class, USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, or UPS. The carrier is selected automatically based on the size and weight of your order.
Backorders and Preorders
If your order includes a pre-order or backorder item, it may ship separately or be delayed. We will keep you informed of any changes to your shipping schedule.
